**Notice**

• 1. The login is now disabled for SPOC and team leader. The idea submission/registration for teams will be done through the form link here https://bit.ly/KAVACH2023CSHACK only.
• 2. The form can be filled by the College SPOC or Team Leader.
• 3. In case, the team/SPOC have already submitted the idea details on the portal then they need to submit the data again on the Google form. The entries in Google form will be considered as final.
• 4. For College student registration and idea submission, It is mandatory to submit an authorization letter and consent letter duly signed by VC/Director/Registrar/HoD along with signature and stamp on college letterhead.
• 5. Similar letterhead needs to be submitted for startups along with stamp and signature.
• 6. A team can submit ideas against one or more Problem statements. However, for one problem statement only one idea to be submitted. If any team submits more than one idea against a single problem statement, then all other ideas will be rejected and only the first submission will be considered.
  For submission against more than one problem statement, the team leader needs to submit the form again.
• 7. Please ensure that correct documents and information are uploaded on the Google form. No changes and queries to update the email IDs/PDF uploaded/team name/mobile number for any of the members or mentors will be entertained.
